US Shipping Policies

All US orders of in-stock merchandise, will be shipped within 36 hours of receipt pending credit approval. Orders placed before 3PM CST for overnight shipment will be shipped the same day ordered and should reach you within 24 hours barring any weather related delivery issues.

We ship all US orders via UPS or Zone Rates . Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday, pending credit approval. Please allow 4 - 5 Business days for arrival of a package shipped via UPS Ground or Zone Rates.

0 - 1lb = $5.99

2 - 4lbs = $6.99

5 - 9lbs = $8.99

10 - 15lbs = $10.99

16 - 20lbs = $15.99

21lbs and up = $19.99

To determine UPS rates add items to your shopping cart and click on "estimate shipping".

Note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Zone rates do include Saturday delivery. We do not ship "signature release."

On occasion, we may off "Free Shipping" - Free Shipping will apply to orders within the USA only. If an item shipped "Free Shipping" is returned, we will deduct $6.99 from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.

Internation Shipping Policies

All orders outside the US are shipped via US Priority Mail with tracking. All International orders are shipped on the Friday following order placement. Delivery of an International orders typically takes 10 - 15 BUSINESS Days from date of shipment. Your shipping charge charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Viktor Viktoria is are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Viktor Viktoria cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

General Shipping Policies

1. Viktor Viktoria will ship to a PO box via Zone Rates (US insured mail only. ) Signature at delivery will be required.

2. If you need to exchange an item, return it with "do not remove" tag attached and enclose the packing slip. Indicate desired exchange (size/color, etc.) Enclose $4.50 for reshipment of your replacement item.

1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a credit card or paypal refund. After 30 days from original shipment date, your item is no longer returnable. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged and the Viktor Viktoria "Do Not Remove" tag is attached to item. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If an item(s) shipped using the "Free Shipping" option is returned, a $6.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of the item(s) when the return credit is issued to help offset the original shipping costs paid by Viktor Viktoria .

2. All Jewelry is shipped with a "Do Not Remove" Tag. Jewelry will be accepted for return ONLY if this tag is still attached to item with original attachment.

Rhinestone Care Notes1. To maintain shine, avoid contact with water and hair products.
2. To avoid losing stones and/or breakage, do not catch the item on clothing, seat belts, people, etc, etc, etc.
3. Store Rhinestones in zip-lock bags away from other jewelry.
4. All Rhinestone jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. We will not accept any return of a damaged Rhinestone item which is due to wear, misuse, abuse or carelessness by the customer.
