I’m digging the 80s-inspire third outfit, with the pink plastic hoops and multi-colored jacket w athletic socks. Very NYC street, Bronx-ish style to me. The grey/purple leggings on the far right are also very hot.

Tie-dyed leggings! But which is more rad – the leggings or the self-labeled poof-shoulder white blouse?! The black gloves totally make the outfit.

I can’t really say any more than – I’m a big fan of the shorts and suspender look on the left. Nice.

Is she wearing a bodysuit in the 2nd oufit? I love it! Wish I was brave enough to walk around NYC in that. Guess I’ll spending a little more time at the gym

For those of you who don’t know much about Nirvana, here is some info:

Nirvana was an American rock band that was formed by singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novosllic in  1987. Nirvana went through a succession of drummers, the longest-lasting being Dave Grohl, who joined the band in 1990.

With the lead single “Smells Like Teen Spirit” from the band’s second album Nevermind (1991), Nirvana entered into the mainstream, bringing along with it a subgenre of alternativ rock called grunge. Other Seattle grunge bands such as Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Soundgarden also gained popularity, and as a result, alternative rock in general became a dominant genre on radio and music television in the United States during the early-to-mid-1990s. As Nirvana’s frontman, Kurt Cobain found himself referred to in the media as the “spokesman of a generation”, with Nirvana the “flagship band” of Generation X. Nirvana’s brief run ended with Cobain’s death in April 1994, but the band’s popularity continued in the years that followed.  Since their debut, the band has sold over twenty-five million albums in the US alone, and over fifty million worldwide.

Here is a little information about the Eagles for those of you who are too young to really know much about this band which began in the 70′s:

Eagles is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California during the early 1970s. The group chose the name Eagles as a nod to The Byrds Eagles is very particular that the name was Eagles and not The Eagles. The band played initially as Linda Ronstadt’s backing group.

With five #1 singles and six #1 albums, the Eagles were one of the most successful recording artists of the 1970s. At the end of the 20th century, two of their albums, Eagles: Their Greatest Hits and Hotel California, ranked among the 20 best-selling albums. The best-selling studio album Hotel California is rated as the 37th album in the Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, and the band was ranked #75 on the magazine’s 2004 list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. They also have the best selling album in the U.S. to date with Eagles: Their Greatest Hits 1971–1975.  The Eagles broke up in 1980, but reunited in 1994 for Hell Freezes Over, a mix of live and new studio tracks. They have toured intermittently since then, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
